Advaita / Individual Sessions

Helga offers individual sessions to address specific issues or questions you may have in regard to artistic or life issues. Advaita means non-duality and is less of a technique and more of a way of seeing that relinquishes past ideas and ways of looking at reality that may no longer serve in a way that is positive and creative. It creates a gentle support and encourages inquiry. 

• Sessions are $70 for one hour and a half.
• Sliding scale for those unemployed, single mothers, or those temporarily in financial flux.
• Sessions are also available with no extra charge over the phone in North America or by skype anywhere in the the world.
